All artwork created by Veny is original on canvases and signed by the artist. Hand made paintings are created using artist quality acrylics with different painting techniques. Completed paintings are then covered with three coats of premium, non-yellowing polymer varnish to seal and protect canvases from dirt, dust, and pollution in the environment. It also allows the artwork to be hung without a frame or glass cover.

Custom art is also available. For more details see Custom Artwork. For aesthetic and display purposes we may post pictures showing framed artwork on this website. We do not offer or sell frames. It is up to you and your personal preference where to use a frame or not.

Acrylic Paintings Care

Acrylic Paintings Handle with Care Fragile

Acrylic emulsion paintings have unique characteristics which require diligent preventative care. It is important to store acrylic paintings in a dust free environment to reduce the amount of dirt deposited. It is also important to keep the display or storage temperature below standard room temperatures to reduce further softening of the paint film. Protective framing is one possible way to exclude dirt from the painting surface. Acrylic paint is heat sensitive and becomes soft around 140ºF(60ºC).Avoid placing acrylic art neat excessive heat sources. Acrylic paint is also pressure sensitive - the soft film formed by acrylic paint will easily abrade or dent with just fingernail pressure. Learn more about acrylyc paintings care.

Nature of Acrylics

Acrylic paints are and have been the choice of paintings for a long time. Acrylic has an advantage over other mediums because of its stability and strength. The paintings resist oxidization and chemical decomposition, and will not yellow over time. Acrylic paints have shown no signs of changing, yellowing, or cracking in the fifty years since they were invented.

Shipping and Handling

ARTbyVENY.com will be responsible for the cost of packing the Artwork, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the Artwork while in transit to customer or to shipping recipient if different than the customer. The Artwork shall be shipped by ARTbyVENY.com within 15 (fifteen) business days from the time of receipt of payment from the customer, unless otherwise communicated to the customer. ARTbyVENY.com is not responsible for shipping delays or omissions caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

The Artwork will be carefully packed and insured during transit to cover any damage or non-delivery. Customer must check all deliveries upon arrival. If the Artwork is damaged, customer must inform ARTbyVENY.com immediately to arrange a refund, exchange or replacement.For more information please visit Terms and Conditions page.

ARTbyVENY ships all of its artwork to the customer using strongboxes only. While this is a bit more expensive, we believe, it is the right way to transport framed fine art. Strongboxes usually have at least 3 layers of foam protection and strong humidity-resistant single wall or double wall corrugated cardboard. Single wall can withstand 350 lb.(150 kg.) impact and double wall 500 lb.(227 kg.).

Additionally so call Puncture-Guard hard plastic liners are available on request to ensure extra safety for expensive art work. Strongboxes are great alternative to heavy and costly wooden crates used to transport artwork in the past. This guarantees that your fine art will arrive at the destination in perfect condition.

Return Policy

ARTbyVENY.com will process returns and refunds within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. Customer will receive a full refund of the cost of the Artwork less shipping and handling costs and PayPal fees as soon as ARTbyVENY.com has received the Artwork back in original condition. Customer is responsible for the costs of returning the Artwork to ARTbyVENY.com. The refund will be given in the form of Merchandise Credit, which can be used towards purchasing another Artwork within 6 (six) months.

Please note that this Refund Policy is applicable only to the artworks purchased as "Currently Available" and not to "Available By Commission". There is no return or exchange for custom made artworks.
